Hospitality
The new Quality Inn in Prescott is taking shape as a modern, wood-frame hospitality project designed with both efficiency and comfort in mind. This four-storey development is advancing steadily, with the structural framing, roofing, and most window installations now complete. The building’s exterior is being wrapped with insulation and sheathing, while interior work is progressing through mechanical, electrical, and drywall stages. Inside, guests will eventually enjoy a bright, open lobby, well-appointed rooms, and amenities such as an indoor pool and fitness facilities—all of which are already framed and roughed in. The building's form reflects practical design priorities, balancing function and energy performance with straightforward construction methods. The steel-framed canopy over the main entrance begins to establish a welcoming arrival experience, while the structure’s location near major highways offers convenience for travelers visiting Eastern Ontario. This project is a great example of efficient hospitality construction suited to small urban and rural markets, combining standard modular elements with thoughtful planning to deliver long-term value for guests and operators alike.
