Located in the heart of Mississauga’s business corridor, the Residence Inn by Marriott offers a sophisticated and contemporary design that complements its urban surroundings. This six-storey, extended-stay hotel features a clean linear façade with contrasting textures of smooth EIFS and dark brick masonry, lending it both a refined and grounded presence. Expansive glazing at the main entrance and lobby emphasizes transparency and connectivity to the streetscape, while vertical window groupings on the upper floors establish a balanced rhythm across the elevation. Internally, steel stud framing and exposed concrete ceilings emphasize functionality during construction while allowing flexibility for future layout adaptation. The project’s cohesive aesthetic—mirrored in both its rendering and realized form—reflects the Marriott brand's standard of understated elegance and practical luxury.
